A series 12 restaurant liquor license with growler privileges is being sought for Dog Haus Biergarten Tempe, a Tempe business.

The Tempe City Council on Sept. 18 voted unanimously as part of a consent agenda with other items to make a recommendation of approval to the Arizona Department of Liquor License and Control for Haus of Ott LLC, 430 N. Scottsdale Road No. 110.

Damon Daniel Ott is the agent for this application.

This is a new business applying for a new license, where the previous tenant held the same type of liquor license.

The applicant is operating with an interim permit.
