The Met Office has issued two separate Met Office yellow weather warnings for the West Midlands region.

Birmingham and the Black Country has been issued a yellow warning for wind starting from 3pm today (September 20).

A separate yellow warning for rain, covering fringes of the West Midlands in the north west of the region, began at 9am this morning.

The yellow weather alert is in place until 4am tomorrow morning on Sunday (September 21), lasting for 13 hours.

While the rain alert is in place until 3am tomorrow.
