BISMARCK, N.D. (KFYR) - The North Dakota Fighting Hawks soundly stomped Valparaiso 58-7 in the friendly confines of Grand Forks as UND claws back to a five-hundred record.

There are two beasts within North Dakota Football: one that suffers heartbreaking last minute losses, and the one that wins games by several scores. Today, the latter beast won the day.

Jerry Kaminski, once again, had a solid afternoon: 13-19 passing with two touchdowns, one of which went to North Dakota native Deng Deng for Deng’s second touchdown of the season.

UND gets a bye next week. In two weeks, the Fighting Hawks play their conference opener at Northern Iowa.
