North Carolina A&T head coach Shawn Gibbs could only list puzzling stats on the sheet in front of him and apologize.

"That's the most embarrassing thing I've ever been a part of in my life," Gibbs said. He read aloud the numbers he stared at, dejected, exasperated: "765 yards and 62 points."
