Storm Team 10 is monitoring several areas of tropical activity in the Atlantic Ocean but none pose a threat to reach the Gulf at this time.
Hurricane Gabrielle is located in the northern Atlantic as it begins to weaken and move eastwards.
Two tropical waves behind Gabrielle in the central Atlantic have a high chance for development in the coming days. Fortunately, the areas of concern will remain in the Atlantic and away from the Gulf as the disturbances turn more northward. The next names on the list are Humberto and Imelda.
