Fresh off a U.S. stadium tour, My Chemical Romance have announced they’ll carry on with even more shows in 2026 to mark the 20th anniversary of The Black Parade.

The "Black Parade 2026" tour announced Monday will bring the emo rock legends to Minneapolis’ Target Field on Sunday, Aug. 24, with special guest Sleater-Kinney.

The new tour appears to be a continuation of My Chemical Romance’s 2025 North American stadium tour, "Long Live": The Black Parade, devoted to performing the entirety of the 2006 concept album The Black Parade.

In 2020, Rolling Stone named the "era-defining rock opera" among the 500 greatest albums of all time.

The band's 2004 Three Cheers for Sweet Revenge is also considered among the most seminal rock albums of all time, with Kerrang! magazine's tribute edition this
