Summer heat isn’t done with us just yet. We’re one more day of 90+ degree heat this week. Fortunately, it’s short lived as a cold front moves into the state Thursday. Not only will it break the heat but it will help generate some much needed rainfall.
In the meantime, we’re expecting a partly cloudy sky tonight. Temps will only drop into the upper 60s for lows. Moisture will begin to increase and there could be areas of fog early Wednesday morning. The fog will lift and we’re back into a mostly sunny sky by midday. Temps will soar into the 90s and we could see a few spots reaching the mid 90s. Showers and t-storms will enter West Alabama during the late afternoon hours.
