A park and boat launch in East Pennsboro Twp. will close on Wednesday, Oct. 1, and will remain closed until next spring.

Next week, the $5.25 million project to replace the bridge that carries northbound Route 11/15 (Enola Road) over Conodoguinet Creek in Wormleysburg Borough and East Pennsboro Township, Cumberland County, will resume.

The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation project will replace the bridge that carries Enola Road over the creek. The West Fairview park and boat launch will close through May 1, 2026, for construction-related activities including bridge demolition, rebuilding piers, beam setting and staging of construction materials.
