COLUMBIA, South Carolina (WJW) – Talk about luck. A South Carolina woman’s jackpot win is all thanks to someone’s mistake.

According to a press release from the South Carolina lottery, the woman went into a Piggly Wiggly to get a scratch-off ticket, a Palmetto Cash 5.

The clerk handed her the wrong game, which she accepted. The clerk asked if she still wanted a Palmetto Cash 5.

The woman decided she did and got a quick pick, instead of choosing her own numbers lime she normally does.

The quick pick matched all five numbers drawn on September 4 for a prize of $303,000.

“If the clerk hadn’t made a mistake, I wouldn’t have won,” she told the South Carolina lottery.

As for her plans for the winnings, she’s going to fix up her house.
