BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) -- A Baton Rouge man accused of raping a 4-year-old who tested positive for chlamydia faces new charges in a separate case involving a 9-year-old girl.

According to an arrest warrant, Anthony Jelks Jr., 25, faces charges of computer-aided solicitation of a minor and indecent behavior with juveniles in connection with a November 2022 incident.

The mother of the victim reported to police that a man messaged her 9-year-old daughter asking for "twerk" videos and requested to follow the child on Instagram. Jelks allegedly sent the girl messages, which were shown to her mother.

Detectives received screenshots of the messages. Jelks was confirmed as the person who used the Instagram account after search warrants were obtained for the social media account and
