All the parts of the UK set to be SPARED snow as we head through October towards the middle of the month have been revealed. Maps and charts, from WX Charts, show snowfall could be set to cover parts of Scotland in and around October 12 and October 13.

0C conditions are expected, with a 5cm per hour accumulation in areas like Invernessshire, Ross and Cromarty, as well as Perth and Kinross, as we head into the middle portion of the tenth month of the year.

The projections, based on Met Desk data, show flurries could stick around until Octobr 13 - after kicking off on October 12 around midday.
