AUSTINTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) - The Mahoning County Engineer's office and ODOT are planning for a bridge replacement in Austintown, but not for at least two and a half years.
They're looking to replace the current concrete beam bridge deck on Four Mile Run Road with a concrete box-beam structure. Officials say a full closure would be expected and will impact some minor streams and habitats for some bats. The project would take about seven months to complete, but wouldn't begin until the spring of 2028.
