The Bourne ISWM Building Committee has selected the firm it will recommend to the Bourne Select Board to be the new owner’s project manager (OPM) overseeing construction of the new maintenance garage/administrative office complex at the town landfill. Committee members decided on a proven commodity — Pomroy Associates, the same firm that has been hired as OPM for the town’s new fire station.

The Building Committee is responsible for making recommendations to the Select Board regarding feasibility, design, construction and funding strategies for the new Integrated Solid Waste Management facility complex, which is part of a greater landfill expansion. The new building will house a maintenance garage and administrative offices.
