A caller requested to speak to an officer regarding damage to her car caused by two “fat chocolate Labs” at 5:08 PM. The caller said she was going on a walk at the Forestdale School and the dogs started jumping on her car. The officer noticed very minor smudges and scratches on her vehicle. The incident was documented.
