A 2-year-old girl who was missing for hours in a New Hampshire town was found by a volunteer and his dog.
New Hampshire Fish and Game said Friday after 4 p.m., they, along with New Hampshire State Police, got a report of a missing 2-year-old in Dorchester. The child was missing for more than 45 minutes at the time of the call, authorities said.
The girl and two dogs had been playing in the front yard, which was fenced in, but either the dogs or the toddler pushed open the fence, Fish and Game said.
About 100 volunteers helped to find the missing girl, including Jeremy Corson and his K-9, Freya, with New England K-9 Search and Rescue, were the ones to found the toddler.
