As we look ahead in our forecast, it appears we're in for a very pleasant stretch here in Southern Indiana. A strong area of high pressure is setting up to keep things dry and seasonably mild for the bulk of the coming week. This means plenty of sunshine for us early on, with temperatures expected to reach into the upper 70s and even low 80s by Tuesday and Wednesday as that high pressure really centers itself overhead. We aren't expecting any unusual heat, just comfortable, mild conditions for this time of year.
The pattern begins to shift by the end of the week. As this high pressure moves east, we'll start to see some more active weather development to our west. By next weekend, we anticipate seeing a return of rain chances, possibly starting as showers and developing into scattered thu
