A group of teenagers are facing trial, accused of gang raping a teacher and setting her flat on fire.

The seven teens, aged between 14 and 17, are alleged to have carried out their campaign of abuse from May 2024 to January 2025, using footage of the assaults to blackmail the 28 year old woman.

The ordeal is said to have started shortly after the teacher entered into a legal, consensual relationship with a 17 year old former pupil who had already left the school. After the teenager bragged about this relationship to his mates, the group of boys allegedly began turning up at the teacher's home, claiming they were part of a criminal gang, reports the Mirror .
