CATAWBA, N.C. — The Catawba County Sheriff's Office is asking for help in locating a suspect in connection with a Saturday shooting on Edna Street.

Deputies said Lashawn Malcom Davis is wanted on a charge of assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious bodily injury.

Anyone with information on Davis' whereabouts is asked to call the Catawba County Sheriff's Office at 828-464-3112. A reward is being offered for information leading to his arrest.
