A blue tent has been erected on a Midlands street this afternoon as part of an ongoing murder probe.

The tent has been put up along Corporation Street in Stafford following the tragic deaths of two young children.

Meraj Ul Zahra, aged two, and Abdul Momin Alfaateh, aged three, died after being found injured and responsive at a home on Sunday morning (October 12).

Staffordshire Police has arrested a 43-year-old woman on suspicion of murder and she remained in custody yesterday.

Officers remain at the scene on Corporation Street today (October 13) while the murder investigation continue
