OCEANA, WV (WVNS) - Things are heating up in Wyoming County as residents prepare for the Town of Oceana's Annual Chili Festival.

Community members have been invited out to sample some of the tastiest chili in town at Oceana's Gilliland Park. Prizes range from "most spicy," "best original chili," and people's choice."

For this year's event, the chamber of commerce announced a collaboration with Team Tucker to bring the Fall Brawl to the Chili Festival.

Local contenders have been scheduled to duke it out in head-to-head competition. It all starts at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, with the opening fight bell scheduled for 5:00 p.m.
