LAS VEGAS (KLAS) -- The existing West Las Vegas Library branch began sunsetting its services Monday, almost two months before the grand opening of its new 40,000 square-foot branch in December.
Starting Monday, the main entrance of the West Las Vegas Library branch, located at 951 West Lake Mead Boulevard, will be closed however, customers can enter through the entrance on the north side of the building.
The limited services at the existing branch will last through Nov. 23, and it will officially close its doors on Nov. 24.
The sunsetting of its services is in preparation for the grand opening of the new state-of-the-art” West Las Vegas Library branch, located at 1861 North Martin Luther King Boulevard, on Dec. 9 at 10 a.m. The grand opening day-long celebration will include food, music
