SOUTH SIOUX CITY, Neb. (KTIV) - During Monday’s South Sioux City City Council Meeting, council members had a special item on the agenda: saying farewell to retiring police chief Ed Mahon.
The council and members of the community came out before Chief Mahon’s final council meeting as chief to thank him for his more than 40 decades of service to the city and its residents.
Chief Mahon expressed his appreciation for the well wishes and shared his excitement for the next chapter of his life.
