A nursery has been closed with immediate effect after an "incident" involving a single member of staff.

Partou Barnwood Day Nursery on Barnwood Road in Gloucester was shut down with immediate effect yesterday, Monday, October 13, reports GloucestershireLive.

Families were told the nursery's registration to practise had been suspended temporarily by Ofsted, following an incident at the nursery.
