A Rolling Stones fan bought Mick Jagger’s former party pad, but it didn’t cost a song.

The home traded hands for $7.3 million, according to Mansion Global .

The subpenthouse apartment in an affluent corner of Central London housed Jagger — and his wild parties — during the Rolling Stones’ meteoric rise to stardom in the 1960s. Its new owner is “a young British guy in his 30s,” according to the brokerage, Beauchamp Estates, and a self-described Stones fan.

The four-bedroom home listed for sale in March for the first time in 30 years, and sold in less than 16 weeks. 13

Jagger leased the apartment in 1965 — a critical juncture in his musical career. The 22-year-old was riding high off the runaway success of “(I Can’t Get No) Satisfaction” and “Get Off My Cloud.”
