Strathcona County is hosting a free Agricultural Waste Clean Up in partnership with CleanFARMS.

The one-day program aims to collect agricultural materials for recycling.

The event is taking place on Tuesday, October 21 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at The Pointe Agricultural Event Centre just northeast of Sherwood Park.

Accepted waste includes plastic twine, grain bags (a grain bag roller will be on site), used oil and used oil filters.

Additionally, the County will provide coffee and donuts while supplies last.
