ALLEN COUNTY, Ind. (WPTA) - The Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) says more traffic pattern changes are coming to the I-469 and U.S. 24 interchange.
The department says starting on or after Tuesday, Oct. 21, crews will open the newly constructed loop ramp from westbound U.S. 24 to southbound I-469.
Crews working on the project will also temporarily close the eastbound U.S. 24 on-ramp to southbound I-469 for concrete paving on the loop ramp from southbound I-469 to eastbound U.S. 24.
While the on-ramp is closed, those who need to access southbound I-469 from eastbound U.S. 24 should use the loop ramps.
INDOT encourages drivers to use caution while in the area while traffic adjusts to the traffic pattern changes.
