WATERBURY, Conn. (WTNH) — A Waterbury man was arrested Tuesday after allegedly interfering with officers following a traffic stop, according to the police department.

Rayshaun Dolloff, 18, was charged with the following: • Insufficient insurance • Interfering with an officer • Unregistered motor vehicle • Illegal operation of an ATV • Operating a motor vehicle without a license • Rayshaun Dolloff, 18 • ATV seized on Tuesday, Oct. 14 in Waterbury

Officers were patrolling around 1 p.m. in the area of Willow Street where they observed an ATV being driven in the roadway. After a traffic stop, the operator, identified as Dolloff, fled on foot before being apprehended.
