Recently, I had the pleasure of presenting a seminar to a few dozen participants as part of a “Speakers Series” in Burlington.

My presentation was entitled “Healthy, Wealthy and Wise.” It was a combination life coaching and fitness training workshop broken into two sections — life coaching based on a tool called the 10 Forms of Wealth, and fitness training drawing from my list of five principles to help someone age actively.

While everyone in attendance was familiar with “fitness,” not everyone knew what life coaching was. Having one of my coaching tools on hand, therefore, was extremely valuable.
