SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) - All eyes will be on this weekend as a strong cold front arrives bringing a severe weather threat.

For tonight, we’ll see increasing clouds and this cloud cover, combined with a south breeze, will keep overnight temperatures much milder. Most locations will remain in the low to mid 60s.

Clouds will clear early Friday leading to another sunny and very warm day. Temperatures will climb into the upper 80s and low 90s by afternoon. Humidity will also start to inch up as a south breeze continues.

Looking ahead to the weekend, warm and humid air will push north from the Gulf on Saturday as a cold front approaches from the northwest. Saturday morning will be dry but as this front arrives by mid to late afternoon, scattered storms will develop. There is the potential tha
