CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WBTV) - A major financial services company will create 225 new jobs as it expands its operations in Charlotte, the North Carolina governor announced Tuesday.
SoFi Technologies is investing $3 million to “strategically expand its regional presence,” from the governor said.
Mecklenburg County put out its own , which said the SoFi hub will be in Charlotte’s booming Ballantyne neighborhood.
The county said the new jobs will include the following positions:
Loan officers
Loan processors
Underwriters
Chief experience analysts
Sales and management teams
The average annual salary for all positions will be just over $105,000.
