KAPAHULU, Hawaii (Island News) -- A man was taken to the hospital on Friday after he was badly injured in a Kapahulu crash involving a moped and car.

Paramedics responded to the accident at 3:57 p.m. on Friday, located on Kapahulu and Kamuela Avenue. A 32-year-old man was treated for multiple injuries then taken to the hospital in serious condition.

There were no other injuries reported from the scene.

The circumstances involved in the crash like the cause or possible factors were not reported.
