NORWICH, Conn. — The streets of Norwich were filled with excitement Saturday, as families, thrill-seekers and costumed revelers gathered to celebrate all things eerie and enchanting.
From cackling contests to pumpkin carving, the atmosphere was electric. With just six days left until Halloween, the excitement was palpable at the fourth annual NorWitch Halloween Strut, held in the state's Halloween capital.
The event kicked off with witches dancing and the distinct sound of eerie cackling echoing down the street. The NorWitch Halloween Strut was not only a celebration of all things spooky but also a family-friendly extravaganza packed with activities for all ages.
