The body of an Edinburgh man has been discovered near a railway tunnel as police taped off the area on Monday.
At around 7.45am on October 27, officers were called to Spylaw Park, near the Colinton Tunnel, as emergency services were made aware of the death of a man.
It is understood police taped off part of the Colinton Tunnel and pictures taken from the scene show a large emergency response in attendance.

Police say the death is being treated as "unexplained" and inquiries are ongoing.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Around 7.45am on Monday, 27 October, 2025, we were made aware of the death of a man in the area of Spylaw Park, Edinburgh.
“The death is being treated as unexplained and enquiries are ongoing.”
