ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — Police were at the scene of a crash in the area of East Main Street and the Inner Loop Friday morning.

News 8 crews saw a car that crashed into a guardrail and sustained damage early Friday morning. At least one person appeared to have been detained at the scene.
