SEMMES, Ala. (WKRG) - A 5K event remembering the lives of Paiton Goodwin and Amberly Montgomery, two girls killed in a car crash that took place over four years ago, is coming to Semmes to raise money for a good cause and bring awareness to drinking and driving.
Shamonee was joined by Paiton's mom, Kathy Firth, and Amberly's mom, Cindy McNeeley, to talk more about the event and how they're honoring the memory of their daughters.
A Walk to Remember in November is happening on November 15 at 8:00 a.m. at the Semmes Community Center.
