The National Weather Service issued a wind advisory at 1:08 p.m. on Tuesday valid from Wednesday 1 p.m. until Thursday 10 a.m. for Fulton, Franklin, Perry, Dauphin, Lebanon, Cumberland, Adams, York and Lancaster counties.
The weather service adds, "West winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 45 mph expected."
"Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result," comments the weather service. "Use extra caution when driving, especially if operating a high profile vehicle. Secure outdoor objects including patio furniture and holiday decorations."
