Tuesday night update: High pressure is parked right on top of us this evening. With clear skies and light winds, it's a perfect recipe for temperatures to drop efficiently. We're expecting lows to fall into the mid to upper 30s across the area. We could see some patchy frost in the colder spots.

Get ready for a nice warm-up! As the high pressure shifts offshore, our winds will pick up from the southwest. This will make for a breezy Wednesday, with some gusts reaching around 20 mph. Those winds will also pull in warmer air, pushing our afternoon highs into the low to mid-70s.

A weak, dry front will pass through Wednesday night. This, along with some passing clouds, will act like a bit of a blanket, keeping our overnight lows much milder in the mid 40s.
