LEDYARD, CT (WFSB) - A crash snapped a utility pole in Ledyard overnight.

Ledyard police posted to social media on Wednesday morning that a portion of Pumpkin Hill Road is closed between Lambtown Road and Deer Lane.

Police advised drivers to seek alternate routes.

Eversource was notified.

There was no word on injuries or a cause for the crash.
