DELHI TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WILX) - The Ingham County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a shooting that happened Tuesday night in Delhi Township.

Deputies were called around 8:30 p.m. to the 4400 block of Davlind Drive after reports of gunfire.

Investigators say a gun went off inside a home during a fight, but no one was hit. One person had minor injuries from the physical fight, and a gun was found at the scene.

Detectives are still looking into what happened, but police say this was a targeted incident and there’s no danger to the public.
