CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WBTV) - Video obtained by WBTV appeared to show Border Patrol officers pointing a gun through a smashed car window before detaining a woman in Charlotte on Monday.
The footage, recorded on Nov. 17 in a neighborhood near Thomas Avenue in Plaza Midwood, was captured by witness Shea Watts.
It shows officers issuing multiple commands to the woman before breaking the car window and taking her into custody. It was not immediately clear what led up to the incident.
