DERIDDER, La. (KPLC) - A missing woman was found safe in Texas with her estranged boyfriend, who faces charges of kidnapping and battery, police said.
Olivia Gohr, 26, was reported missing to the DeRidder Police Department on Saturday. She had last been seen at a store with Blaise Dumesnil, 29, police said.
Gohr and Dumesnil were found safe Monday in Polk County, Texas, police said. Dumesnil was arrested on charges of kidnapping and battery of a dating partner from DPD.
Dumesnil’s bond is set at $17,500, according to jail records.
Gohr was also arrested on unrelated warrants out of Vernon Parish, including obscenity and resisting an officer. Vernon Parish deputies said those charges stem from an incident in June.
Her bond is set at $12,500.
