KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) - Patchy, dense fog will develop tonight with lows in the low 50s. Winds will be light to calm. Visibility could go below a quarter mile for your Thursday morning commute.

THURSDAY: Mostly cloudy with rain moving in by afternoon and lingering into the evening. Highs will be in the 60s to near 70. Widespread rain Thursday night will taper off to showers after midnight.

FRIDAY: Scattered showers at times with highs in the 60s. Lows will be in the mid to upper 50s.

WEEKEND: Highs will drop back into the low to mid 60s in most areas with lows in the 40s. Showers are likely Saturday morning, but the afternoon should be dry. Sunshine is more likely Sunday.
