Drivers are being warned to expect delays along the A2 following a crash.

The collision has happened on the Boughton Bypass, near Canterbury, on the approach to Brenley Corner.

Kent Highways posted on X shortly before 4.30pm: “Reports of a road traffic collision, London-bound on the A2 Boughton Bypass near Brenley Corner.

“Approach with caution and expect delays in the area.”

It is understood the collision involves a car and a van at the junction of the M2 before Junction 7.
