Two men were arrested and charged after they were spotted committing a burglary in Malaga on Thursday, Nov. 20, authorities said.
At 12:15 p.m., officers received a call from a concerned citizen regarding a suspicious vehicle at a residence on the 100 block of Delsea Drive in Malaga, Franklin Township police said.
Officers responded to the residence and located an open side door, police said. Officers were able to observe two men inside the residence and gave them verbal commands to exit towards them, police said.
Justin Rivera, a 21-year-old Woodbury resident and Nicholas Maniscalco, a 22-year-old Runnmeade resident, complied and were taken into custody, police said.
The two men are charged with burglary, criminal mischief and possession of burglary tools, police said.
