An iconic Jersey Shore ice cream shop has been listed for sale complete with the building and its eclectic decor, which includes classic car booths with fins and fenders.

The owners of Cool Scoops in North Wildwood for the past 24 years are looking for a buyer who want to keep the beloved shop going along with its 1950s Doo Wop theme.

“We didn’t want the news to hit our Cool Scoops family without a few words from us,” the owners Paul and Lori Russo said in a Facebook post. “Yes, we have painstakingly decided to put Cool Scoops and the rest of the building up for sale.”

The property and business at 1111 New Jersey Ave. are now listed for sale at $2,425,000 .
