ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) - A man pleaded guilty on Friday morning in the crash that caused St. Louis Police Officer Nathan Spiess to lose part of his leg.
Frank Carr was charged with two counts of leaving the scene of an accident with injuries and one count of tampering with evidence. He pleaded guilty to the charges on Friday.
