ALEXANDRIA, La. (KALB) - The Rapides Parish Sheriff’s Office is investigating an armed robbery that happened in the 1800 block of Henry Avenue off of North Bolton Avenue in Alexandria on Nov. 21.

RPSO said a call for the incident was received around 2:20 p.m. Their deputies spoke with a victim who said a Black man, dressed in all black, wearing white shoes and a pink face mask, entered a home armed with a firearm, allegedly threatened a resident inside and stole several different items, including another firearm.

RPSO was told the suspect then left the home and got in a black, newer model Honda Accord parked on the roadway, last seen traveling towards North Bolton Avenue. Witnesses also told them about two to three other people were in the vehicle as well.
