Student artwork on two Bedford crosswalks to be removed

Student artwork on two Bedford crosswalks will be removed next week after a state directive, even though the designs contain no political messages. The city was unable to secure an exemption, so crews will eliminate the artwork at Brown Trail near Bedford Junior High and at Harwood Junior High.
