LOUISVILLE, Ky. —

An early Saturday morning crash blocked all the northbound lanes on the Clark Memorial Bridge.

The accident was on the Indiana side of the Ohio River. The ramp was blocked to Court Ave.

The 2nd Street Bridge is now back open.
