A condo in New Brunswick that sold for $612,500 tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in New Brunswick area between Oct. 27 and Nov. 16.

In total, six residential real estate sales were recorded in the area during the past three weeks, with an average price of $343,120, or $244 per square foot.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded from the week of October 27 to the week of Nov. 16 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

6. $146K, single-family house at 17 Mitchell Ave.

The sale of the detached house at 17 Mitchell Ave. in New Brunswick has been finalized. The price was $146,000. It was built in 1920. The deal was finalized on Oct. 20.
